• Degree holder in discipline, preferable in Human Resources or Business Administration

• With 5-8 years working experience in Human Resources and Office Administration

• Experience in HRIS is an advantage

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Experience in office relocation is an advantage

• Proficient in MS office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

• Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and good in interpersonal and communication skills

Diploma or Bachelor degree holder

·       Native Japanese speaker. Good English or Mandarin.

·       With experience in trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred

·       With experience in handling metal products is preferred

·       Good MS Office (Word, Excel) and documents support

• University graduate with over 5 years experience in Executive Assistant support/ Office Admin

• Proven experience in supporting senior executives in corporate or financial sector

• Strong proficiency in MS Office

• Good English and Manadarin is advantage

• Proactive,  good communication and interpersonal skills

• Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree holders

• With CS/ after-sales/ B2C experience related to clients/ customers visit and coordination

• With technical background/ Engineering is an advantage

• Good command of English in spoken and written

• Good PC Knowledge with excellent MS Office skills

Requirements

• With over 5 years relevant experience, PR, e.g. event management, corporate communication, community and charity/ CSR projects

• Hands on event management, projects handling, corporate communications and press releases

• With experience in newsletters, drafting, editing and review the writing

• Good command of MS Office and software such as AI tools

• With experience of charity fundings, scholarships and CSR project is an advantage
