Established Good Job Creations (Asia) Ltd., and became the President in Hong Kong (Current RGF HR Agent HK Ltd.), Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, and Singapore.
2009
Integrated with RECRUIT Co., Ltd, and became the Director of RGF HR Agent HK Ltd. Duties include PMI (Post M&A Integration), Business Development, and working as an Executive Advisor for Southeast Asia Region.
2011
Established Find Asia Limited and became the Managing Director.
Appointed as an Honorary Advisor at the University of Hong Kong, Visiting Research Professor of Fudan University in Shanghai, and Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China.
