Purchasing Clerk

Job Duties
-
Prepare and follow up purchasing orders and supporting inventory control;

Issue invoices, P/O and other related documents;
-
To work closely with suppliers, vendors and sales team to ensure timely delivery and minimize back orders;
-
Communicate closely with clients/suppliers on price and quality issue;
-
Conduct market and product research, analyze and come up with new proposals;
-
To work with sales supporting team for various marketing programs;
-
Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.

Good command of Japanese (Passed JLPT N2 or above)
-
Independent, positive, enthusiastic and strong sense of responsibility;
-
Proficient computer skills such as MS Office & Chinese typing, Excel especially;

Immediately available is preferable.
