Native or Japanese Speaking Restaurant Manager

​Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurants 

  • New shop opening, being an important role of the group expansion, provide market information, strategic planning and advise to the Head Office of the local market situation

  • Keep high standard of the food quality, hygiene quality service

  • Maintain good relationship with the suppliers, review and renew the suppliers contract from time to time 

  • Staff hiring, part time staff roaster arrangement, provide training to the staff 


  • Good Japanese and English 

  • 8 years experience in F&B, restaurant business 

  • Good sense of local F&B market, able to lead the team to achieve the business and sales target 

  • Passionate in F&B business, especially interested in Japanese culture 

  • With leadership and management skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
