Sales Assistant (Garment Trading/ Good package)

​Job Duties

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, quotation preparation and regular correspondences

  • Coordinate with overseas customers/ agents / offices/ suppliers / mills 

  • Maintain business relations with customers

  • Correspond to incoming email and phone enquiries from walk-in customers

  • Assist sales manager to promote our textile products and various services to generate sales

  • Gather market information

  • Generate sales performance report for analysis

  • Handle existing customers’ orders, follow up with shipment and sampling.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines

  • 2 years’ sales experience in multinational companies

  • High level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in MS offices applications

  • Good communication skills, aggressive, outgoing, self-initiative
