​Job Duties

  • Provide legal advice on matters arising from business operations for the clients

  • Preparing, reviewing and vetting of legal documents

  • Conduct and oversee due diligence exercises in accordance with the clients request

  • Advise on corporate policies such as House Rules, STC regulations, Competitive Ordinance Compliance Manual and Code of Conduct, etc.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor , University graduate in Legal Studies, PCLLs, LLB, JD

  • 8 years legal experience from professional firms, law firms 

  • Possess good legal drafting, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills

  • Able to complete tasks within time limit; demonstrate good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and can work independently

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin
