​Job Duties

  • Responsible for the reception duties incl. greetings, provide courteous and quality customer service to the team and customers  

  • Support the office administrative work incl. meeting rooms arrangement, maintenance arrangement and courier handling 

  • Team support and back up of Administrative Executive/ Secretary

  • Handle various documents support such as filing, telephone list checking, name card record 

  • Assist in company event logistics arrangement and ad hoc projects 


  • Fluent English in both spoken and written, Mandarin speaking

  • 8 years experience in Reception and Adm. duty 

  • With formal training in hospitality service and good customer services skills 

  • Graduate and with background from hotel, airlines and sizable company as event coordination is preferred 

  • Presentable and supporting type 

  • Able to work in a fast pace and high standard of Customer Service environment 

  • Detail-minded, multi-tasking and self-motivated 

  • Immediately available is preferred
