​Job Duties

  • Provide all round general administrative support; maintain office supplies

  • Assist in visa renewal, accommodation, daily support for Japanese staffs

  • Responsible for attendance reports, records

  • Organize company events eg. Annual dinner,Christmas party, etc

  • Arrange business trip and solved abrupt problems related

  • Receive incoming calls and messages and addressed phone requests

  • Handle any ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • Around 2-3 years related exp. exp. in Japanese company is highly preferred

  • Japanese speaking is required, JLPT N2 above

  • Good Command of English (speaking & writing) and Mandarin

  • Well organized with good coordinator skills
