Assistant Accountant/Accountant

Job Duties: 

  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining a full set of accounts 

  • Maintain proper accounting and records and filing system

  • Data entry and accounting reports

  • Control AR & Inventory

  • Prepare the financial month-end closing, monthly financial reports, quarterly consolidation packages, etc.

  • Handle administration jobs (including sales admin. & office admin.)

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor / management.



  • Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines

  • 3 -5 years' relevant experience

  • Strong in excel & computer skills required

  • Experience in SAP is preferred

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Self-motivated, responsible and well organized

  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
