Job Duties: 

  • In charge of the office efficiency upgrading projects such as e-system, eco-friendly policy inplementation, layout rearrangement

  • Manage the office administrative operation and facilities maintenance 

  • Maintain and review the adm. procedures standard and guidelines in order to ensure the quality service is delivered continuously

  • Supervise a small team of administrators, work as a project leader in office renovation and upgrading project

  • Present and promote the new office automation functions to the staff 

  • Keep the office operation running smooth

  • Monitor and review the contracts of external suppliers, procurement of office suppliers etc. 

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any discipline

  • Good English, Mandarin in both spoken and written 

  • Over 10 years experience in sizable companies, with experience in MNC is preferred

  • With solid experience in Office Adm. and facilities

  • Experience in office automation projects such as e-filing system 

  • Able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure

  • Flexible, patient and able to handle multi-tasking

  • Good team leader to build the team spirit and manage the office well
