Sales Supporting Clerk

Job Duties: 

  • Prepare and follow up purchasing orders and supporting inventory control;

  • Issue invoices, P/O and other related documents;

  • To work closely with suppliers, vendors and sales team to ensure timely delivery and minimize back orders;

  • Communicate closely with clients/suppliers on price and quality issue;

  • Conduct market and product research, analyze and come up with new proposals;

  • To work with sales supporting team for various marketing programs;

  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.

  • Independent, positive, enthusiastic and strong sense of responsibility;

  • Proficient computer skills such as MS Office & Chinese typing, Excel especially;

  • Self-motivated, good team player and detailed-mind.  Good follow up and organizational skill are essential;

  • Willing to learn.
