Job Duties: 

  • Support Admin. Manager in daily operation, maintain office facilities 

  • Translate documents in English, Japanese, Chinese

  • Some interpretation work in the meeting may be requested 

  • Communicate with different departments, prepare HK office management report to Japan HQ

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above, University Graduate preferred

  • 1-2 years working experience in admin/ sales supporting/operation

  • Proficiency in Ms. Excel, word & PPT

  • Good Command of Japanese (JLPT N2), English & Mandarin

  • Experience in SAP is highly preferred

  • Presentable, good communication  skills, able to work under pressure
