Job Duties: 

  • Processing sales orders by inputting data into system accurately, scheduling and monitoring shipment to ensure on-time delivery;

  • Preparing and distributing various sales reports by tracking, consolidating, and summarizing sales databases;

  • Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure customers' requests are fulfilled;

  • Handling Ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • F.7/DSE graduated

  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience in Material Planning and Inventory Control preferably from electronics
    industry

  • Good command of  English and Mandarin 

  • Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must 

  • Proficiency in using MS applications and familiar with SAP

  • Able to work under pressure and independently
