Company Secretary

Job Duties: 

  • Handle full range company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and offshore companies;

  • Handle annual maintenance and various ad-hoc projects including annual return, prepare annual general meeting, prepare directors & shareholders resolutions, transfer of shares, alteration in M&A, alteration in share capital and allotment of shares, change of company name and filing of charges;

  • Handle clients’ enquiries and billing issues;

  • Maintain update clients’ database;

  • Provide administrative support to the department and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.



  • Associate degree or above with company secretarial training 

  • 3 years experience in accounting firm/ law firm handling company secretary independently 

  • Student member of HKICS is preferable;

  • Well organized and detail-minded 

  • Good languages incl. English and Mandarin 

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
