Job Duties: 

  • Responsible for procurement activities including sourcing, price and terms negotiation with suppliers, follow purchase orders

  • Co-ordinate with customers, suppliers and forwarder to ensure timely and accurate information and delivery control

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers and maintain good relationships

  • Analyze demand and forecast information to plan sales budget

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, bachelor degree holder preferred 

  • Customer-oriented, responsible, and well-organized

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, data sensitive and strong analytic skills

  • Excellent command of MS Office including Word, Excel & Power Point

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Proactive, independent, cheerful, positive thinking and energetic person who can cope with multi tasks
