Job Duties: 

  • Overview the HR Operation of 5 locations in China 

  • Report to the management in HK regards to the HR issues in China side 

  • Ensure and review the HR & company policies, provide professional HR service to the group 

  • Delivery the message and give instruction of policies and direction from the HO to the different offices in China 

  • Handle the translation of the interpretation to the management 

  • Liaise and support the expatriates, being the communication bridge in between the staff and the top management 

  • Enhance and review the HR operation from time to time 

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent Japanese (N1), English and Mandarin 

  • With  5 years experience in HR management, management level 

  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, HR practice and regulations

  • Result-oriented, can-do attitude 

  • Independent, patient and good team player 

  • Good interpersonal skill
