Accounting Clerk

Job Duties: 

  • Accounts Payable, Payments, Purchases and Funds Transfer

  • Daily Sales Report

  • Assisting in the preparation of Monthly Financial Statements e.g. Purchase Report, Sales Reports,

  • Bank and Cash Books and Bank Reconciliation

  • Ac-hoc assignments



  • Accounting Diploma (e.g. LCCI) preferred

  • 1-2 years related exp. preferred

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • Good command of  English and Cantonese

  • Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must

  • Sound knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

  • Proficient in PC (Excel, Word)

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good time management and with strong sense of responsibility

  • Immediate available is highly preferable
