Sales Admin Officer

Job Duties: 

  • Handle Sales Order and Purchasing Order processing, contact with suppliers, factories and liaise with customers

  • Prepare invoice, packing list, delivery documents and reports

  • Follow up orders and delivery management

  • Liaise with Head Quarter and customers 

  • Handle monthly sales planning and report
     

Requirements:

  • Good Mandarin and English speaking 

  • Tertiary Graduate 

  • With over 3 years experience in Shipping or Sales Admin

  • Good Excel skills (Vookup, Pivot Table)

  • Independent and good team player

  • detail-minded and self-motivated
