Client Service Officer

Job Duties: 

  • As the team member, provide the support to the customers inquiries and maintain the clients satisfaction up to standard

  • Identify the needs and problem of the clients and provide solution and advise

  • Maintain good relationship and enhance the clients loyalty for the company

  • Report the important concerns of the clients to the line Manager to solve the problem and provide solution effectively 



  • University graduate in Finance/ Economics or Investment related discipline

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin 

  • Over 3 years experience in securities/ banking business

  • With experience in securities companies or custodian bank is preferred 

  • With knowledge in settlements in different markets is preferred

  • Outstanding inter-personal skills, customer service oriented, positive attitude

  • Good team player

  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
