Job Duties: 

  • Provide full spectrum of HR Operation support to the group 

  • Person in charge of the group C&B function, HRIS etc. 

  • Ensure and review the HR & company policies, provide professional HR service to the group 

  • Lead the job and salary evaluation, provide market benchmark to the management for package review,
    liaise with external market surveyors in salary and package evaluation, budget proposal etc.

  • Handle the translation of the interpretation to the management 

  • Liaise and support the Japanese expatriates

  • Enhance and review the HR operation from time to time 

Requirements:

  • Fluent Japanese (N1), English and Mandarin 

  • With  5 years experience in HR management, C&B focus 

  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, HR practice and regulations

  • Result-oriented, can-do attitude 

  • Independent, patient and good team player 

  • Good interpersonal skill
