Procurement/ Sales Admin Coordinator

Job Duties: 

  • Handle Sales Order processing, contact with suppliers, factories and liaise with the forwarders for delivery arrangement 

  • Prepare invoice, packing list, delivery documents and reports

  • Follow up orders and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules

  • Handle goods delivery, support the team manager to solve the delivery issue



  • Experience as Sales Admin/ Sales Coordinator/ Procurement/ Purchasing in trading company, preferable in electronics ind.

  • Experience in Japanese electronics companies is preferred 

  • Good Mandarin and English

  • Good Excel skills 

  • Independent and good team player
