HR & Administrative Supervisor

Job Duties: 

  • All-rounded Administrative support and HR daily operation

  • Full Spectrum of HR operation e.g. recruitment, C&B, Employee relations, payroll, P file, contract management etc. 

  • Compliance of relevant ordinance and budget 

  • Administration operation, drafting and policy review 

  • Company secretary and administrative support 



  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines

  • 8 years experience in Human Resources and Administration, with supervision level

  • With solid HR & Adm. operation experience 

  • Good English and Mandarin 

  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance or related regulations

  • Proactive, attentive to details, positive working attitude

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Immediately available is preferred
