Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Duties: 

  • Handle the Product development activities such as packaging and marketing material design

  • Lead a small team and report to the Senior Manager of marketing campaign planning and reporting

  • Work with the market research company in regards to the consumer behavior research and analysis, competitors activities research

  • Budgeting, planning of annual marketing plan, execute and review, give advice and suggestion to the management for performance improvement, to work with the Sales team in products promotion

  • Design and present the marketing plan to the top management, work closely with other departments for products promotion and new products launch.

  • Involve in online marketing promotion

  • Participate in marketing events such as FoodExpo, design and planning, execution and review

  • Data analysis after the marketing promotion and events


  • University graduate, marketing related disciplines

  • 8 years experience in all-rounded marketing promotion, with supervision level

  • Experience in Food business, FMCG or retail business

  • Stable and willing to strive for the development with the brand

  • Flexible, able to handle multi-tasking, independent

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good English and Mandarin, Japanese is preferred but not a must
