Sales Assistant

Job Duties: 

  • Processing sales orders by inputting data into system accurately, scheduling and monitoring shipment to ensure on-time delivery;

  • Preparing and distributing various sales reports by tracking, consolidating, and summarizing sales databases;

  • Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure customers' requests are fulfilled;

  • Handling Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.7 or DSE graduate or above

  • 1-2 year’s relevant experience in customer service/ sales support

  • have good command of spoken, written and reading in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

  • have strong customer service-oriented mind, good time management and strong sense of responsibility

  • Good in PC knowledge, MS Windows applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP system

  • have an advantages if you have experience in working in electronics field / Japanese electronic compan
