Job Duties: 

  • Handle leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, marketing and tenancy administration

  • Coordinate with different parties in fitting out, takeover and handover of office premises

  • Respond to leasing enquiry, request or complain from tenant

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • University graduates or above

  • 6 years relevant working experience preferably in office leasing administration

  • Initiative, self-motivated and be a good team player

  • Well organized, willing to learn and be able to work independently

  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Japanese(JLPT N2 or above)  and Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Immediately available preferred
