Marketing General Manager

Job Duties: 

  • Lead a team incl. marketing and design, enhance the brand image

  • Brand building and promotion, position and expand the market share 

  • Plan, formulate and oversee the marketing strategy, update the market trend and the customer needs 

  • Update and research, analyze the market trend, competitors activities 

  • Formulate marketing strategies, implement strategic development planning, market research and channel development 

  • Lead and build the team on cross functional basis 

  • Work closely with the Sales team to expand the channel business such as marketing campaign and events

  • Review the P&L, plan and control the budget and work closely with other teams to maximize the sales profit 



  • Fluent English or Mandarin, Japanese is an advantage 

  • over 10 years experience in management level in FMCG, F&B or marketing agency 

  • Solid experience and well understanding of consumer market 

  • Strong business planning or marketing background

  • Independent, strong leadership and communication skill 

  • Good problem solving, innovative and creative 

  • Good analytical skill and sensitive to figures 

  • Able to travel to PRC and South Asia
