Japanese speaking Purchase Officer

​Job Duties

  • Prepare quotations, invoices and shipping documents

  • Handle client’s enquiries

  • Issue order to factory (Japan, China, South Asia)

  • Order follow up, Data processing, Delivery arrangement and prepare shipping document

  • Check and negotiate delivery schedule between customer and supplier

  • Handle declaration

  • Prepare monthly report

  • Assist in any ad hoc duties


  • Diploma above with 1-3 years related experience preferred

  • Experience in electronic / manufacturing industry is an advantage

  • Good command of Japanese, Level N2 or above

  • Good command of English and Mandarin

  • Good PC knowledge in MS office e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

  • Immediate or short notice is highly preferred
