Beauty Training Executive

​Job Duties

  • Act as a strategic partner with Training team to execute effective learning and development programs for front line staff in Hong Kong & Macau

  • Conduct classroom coaching as well as follow-up and improve individual productivity of beauty advisors

  • Assess training needs and formulate training materials to align with corporate training guidelines, ensure high service quality and enhance sales performance

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure the front line talent development

  • Prepare and update and training materials and tools periodically to adapt local requirements

  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs based on the feedback from internal and external customers

  • Inspire and train employees by setting the example of excellent service and sales and through team selling

  • Participate in ad hoc projects / tasks as assigned


  • Degree in Training and Development or related disciplines

  • 2-3 years’ solid hands-on experience in training and development

  • With exposure in retail industry will be an advantage

  • A good team player and detail orientated

  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office Word Processing
