Job Duties: 

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operation for the company

  • Handle payroll, OT allowance calculation, Labor Ordinance review and updating 

  • Support the management to handle the daily operations, monthly reporting and annual budgeting and
    planning 

  • Review and report the office operation in HR & Admin function

  • Manage office administrative operation independently 

  • Ad hoc project

 

Requirements:

  • Good Japanese, English and Mandarin Speaking 

  • With 3 years experience in HR & Admin execution 

  • Familiar with Labour Ordinance, employment, C&B etc.

  • Independent, self-motivated and good knowledge of HR and Labor Ordiance 

  • Immediately available would be an advantage
