Japanese Speaking Sales Admin and Operation Officer

Job Duties: 

  • Handle and liaise for product ordering and delivery from clients to Japan

  • Handle the clients' product ordering and arrange the local delivery 

  • Record and report by Excel and report to Japan Head Officee

  • Purchase and liaise with Japan H.O. for order taking and arrangement 

  • Arrange the delivery with internal staff to the clients 

 

Requirements:

  • Good Japanese, English and Mandarin

  • Associate Degree, Higher Diploma or above background

  • With experience in Sales Admin, delivery arrangement 

  • Good Excel skill 

  • Good team player, able to manage the stock level and delivery arrangement 

  • Immediately Available is preferred
