Native Japanese Speaking Operation Manager

Job Duties: 

  • Manage, lead and mentor Managers and Staffs

  • Work as a contact point between Japan and HK office  

  • Maintain overall vision – Business and marketing objectives

  • Maintain all corporate mandates

  • Update and track daily reports 

  • Implement procurement, contract, tendering and package strategies to secure the project

  • Drive the performance and development of the team members through coaching and training



  • Degree holder or above  

  • Over 10 years management exp.

  • Exp. in Japanese companies is highly preferred

  • Flexible and attention to details, skillful at prioritizing tasks and multi-tasked

  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently

  • Strong influencing, problem solving and leadership skills

  • Immediate or short notice is highly preferred
