Job Duties:

Handle Sales Order processing, contact with suppliers, factories and liaise with the forwarders for delivery arrangement
Prepare invoice, packing list, delivery documents and reports -
Follow up orders and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
Handle goods delivery, support the team manager to solve the delivery issue
Requirements:
-
Experience as Sales Admin/ Sales Coordinator/ Procurement/ Purchasing in trading company, preferable in electronics industry / Garment industry

Experience in Japanese companies is preferred

Good Mandarin, English & Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

Good Excel skills

Independent and good team player
