Procurement/ Sales Coordinator

Job Duties:

Handle Sales Order processing, contact with suppliers, factories and liaise with the forwarders for delivery arrangement

Prepare invoice, packing list, delivery documents and reports

Follow up orders and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules

Handle goods delivery, support the team manager to solve the delivery issue
Requirements:
-
Experience as Sales Admin/ Sales Coordinator/ Procurement/ Purchasing in trading company, preferable in electronics ind.

Experience in Japanese electronics companies is preferred

Good Mandarin and English

Good Excel skills

Independent and good team player
