Senior Manager of HR & Administrative

​Job Duties

  • Provide full spectrum of HR and Admin services of HK Operation

  • Support the Management in strategic planning and execution of the HR operation 

  • Supervise a small team in HR, Adm and operations of the company with different offices within HK area 

  • Review, execute and implement HR policy, update and analyse the market trend

  • Enhance the management effectiveness in all aspects

  • Monitor and update the HR strategies, modify and develop staff training programmes 


  • Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1), English and Mandarin 

  • With 15 years experience in HR management

  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance, HR practice and regulations

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS application

  • Independent, result-oriented, able to handle multi-tasking

  • Good interpersonal skill
