Fixed Income Derivatives, Funding & Financing Sales

Job Duties: 

  • Manage the existing relationships, manage and support the customer portfolio incl. banking, proprietary trading, brokerage firms and buy-side firms 

  • Analyze the market potential and identify, build relationships

  • Being the product expert such as Fixed Income Derivatives, Funding and Financing product portfolio, understanding the market needs, develop the product strategy and plan the sales activities for buy and sell sides 

  • With close interaction and cooperation with global team incl. event planning (e.g. roadshow, conferences) 

  • Identify, develop and maintain FX sales pipeline and opportunities to increase the trading and clearing flow for the members in Asian markets

  • Prepare the product launch strategies, build target markets and analyze business potential for new products presentation and management 

  • Marketing and Sales promotion, provide presentation, train traders, back office

  • Identify, develop and maintain sales pipeline and opportunities to increase the trading and clearing flow for members 

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, business team for both buy-side and sell side, vendor and technology companies 



  • Over 5 years experience in client facing sales experience in futures, securities or financial service industry, exp. in handling HK, PRC, Korea and Taiwan is preferred

  • Know-how of Fixed Income Derivatives, Funding & Financing products and markets, good
    understanding of business motivations of various market participants (brokers, market markers, CTAs, Hedge funds etc.) 

  • Strong and broad product knowledge across asset classes and financial instruments, incl. OTC a nd listed derivatives with a technical depth in FX/ IR derivatives 

  • Understanding of latest changes to the regulatory landscape in Asian key markets, its potential impact on financial legislation, trends towards centralized clearing 

  • Established relationships with repo trading desks, portfolio managers is better 

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills 

  • Good communication skill, able to engage internal and external stakeholders 

  • Independent and eager to achieve common target
