Job Duties:

Lead a team incl. marketing and design, enhance the brand image

Brand building and promotion, position and expand the market share

Plan, formulate and oversee the marketing strategy, update the market trend and the customer needs

Update and research, analyze the market trend, competitors activities
-
Formulate marketing strategies, implement strategic development planning, market research and channel development
-
Lead and build the team on cross functional basis
-
Work closely with the Sales team to expand the channel business such as marketing campaign and events
-
Review the P&L, plan and control the budget and work closely with other teams to maximize the sales profit
Requirements:
-
Fluent or Native level Japanese speaking, good English or Mandarin
-
Over 10 years experience in management level in FMCG, F&B or marketing agency
-
Solid experience and well understanding of consumer market
-
Strong business planning or marketing backgroundIndependent, strong leadership and communication skill
-
Good problem solving, innovative and creative
-
Good analytical skill and sensitive to figures
-
Able to travel to PRC and South Asia
