Sales Coordinator

Job Duties: 

  • Handle Sales Order processing, contact with suppliers, factories and liaise with Japan Head Office

  • Prepare invoice, packing list, delivery documents and reports

  • Follow up orders and contact ship owners in East Asia, South East Asia etc. 

  • Handle goods delivery, support the team manager to solve the delivery issue



  • 2 years experience in Japanese trading/ manufacturing companies is preferred

  • Experience in contact with clients and suppliers 

  • Good Mandarin and English, Japanese is an advantage but not a must 

  • Good Excel skills 

  • Independent and good team player

  • detail-minded and self-motivated
