Japanese speaking Sales Coordinator

​Job Duties

  • The job duties are as follows: 

  • Daily operations in Procurement & Supply Department

  • Prepare and follow-up POs with overseas suppliers

  • Issue trading / shipping related documents. Mainly by SAP

  • Coordinate with Suppliers, Forwarders, Warehouse, and Internal Departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations

  • Oversee Suppliers & Forwarders’ performance in delivery and pricing

  • Inventory control

  • Preparing some reports

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma  or above

  • Good command in Written and Spoken English & Mandarin.

  • JLPT N2 or above in Japanese

  • Familiar in MS Office - Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook

  • English / Chinese Word Processing

  • 2 Years working experience in international trading related field – Purchasing, Sales Coordination, Logistics Control

  • Familiar with INCOTERMS in international trading. Knowledge on necessary shipping documents

  • Immediately available is preferred
