Customer Service Assistant

​Job Duties

  • As the team member of the CS team, provide the support to the customers inquiries and maintain the clients satisfaction up to standard

  • Identify the needs and problem of the clients and provide solution and advise

  • Maintain good relationship and enhance the clients loyalty for the company


  • University graduate in finance, translation, Communication etc. 

  • Native Mandarin and fluent English

  • with overseas study, or working experience exposure is preferred

  • with 1 year or above experience in financial institute is preferred

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • Outstanding inter-personal skills, customer service oriented, positive attitude

  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
