Admin. Clerk

​Job Duties

  • Handle daily administrative duties (Including ordering office supplies, managing office cleaning, hotel booking etc.)

  • Responsible for accounting entry

  • Arrange payment (Cheque & TT), petty cash etc.

  • Liaise and co-ordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operation within the office

  • Support planning and organizing company functions and activities

  • Outdoor work will be required occasionally (e.g. go to bank) 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • 1-3 years relevant experience preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English

  • Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must 

  • Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantaged
