Job Duties: 

  • Perform general receptionist duties, including but not limited to greeting visitors & serving tea, handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner

  • Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable

  • Arrange internal and external correspondences and parcels delivery and distribution

  • Mentor and restocks office supplies and materials

  • Handle all-rounded HR & office administrative tasks

  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the team



  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Around 2 years’ relevant work experience in receptionist duties and/or administrative work

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Excellent customer service with positive and “can-do” attitude

  • Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn

  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
