Head/ General Manager of Human Resources & Administrative

​Job Duties

  • Provide full spectrum of HR services of HK Operation

  • Monitor the operation in China, in line with HK and Japan operation and review

  • Supervise a small team in HR, Adm and operations of the company over 1000 staffs

  • Review, execute and implement HR policy, update and analyse the market trend

  • Enhance the management effectiveness in all aspects

  • Complete the target of HR and facilities

  • Monitor and update the HR strategies, modify and develop staff training programmes 

  • Company image building, company recreation enhancement 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • With 10 years experience in HR management

  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance, HR practice and regulations

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS application

  • Independent, result-oriented, able to handle multi-tasking

  • Able to travel independently

  • Good interpersonal skill

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and preferable Japanese
