Marketing Director (Fashion Retail)

​Job Duties

  • Create and enhance the group and brand image, as well as the brand concept to reinforce the awareness of the brand 

  • Lead a Marketing team incl. products marketing, PR marketing, graphic design etc

  • Integrate the marketing activities and promotion, work closely with other countries marketing team to develop the local initiatives and campaign 

  • Brand building to align with the global brand narrative and product stories 

  • Work closely with China Marketing team, internal parties and external agencies 

  • Manage store daily operations and marketing campaigns such as customer events, promotion offers etc. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant studies 

  • 10 years experience in marketing, such as retail, FMCG 

  • Experience of working with global marketing team in brand building, marketing strategic planning and launching 

  • Experience in managing and implementation of project launching 

  • Self-initiative and proactive
