Human Resources Manager (Fashion Retail)

​Job Duties

  • Responsible for HR service to the office and the retail shops 

  • Handling the HR all-rounded operation and more on recruitment activities including shops sales recruitment and back office operational staff recruitment

  • Organizing and executing the daily operation 

  • Reviewing and planning of the HR policies and operation 

  • Shop performance monitoring, provide guidance and instruction from Back office team to front line operation

Requirements

  • Degree holder in BA, Human Resources discipline

  • Good English and Mandarin

  • 8 years experience retail/ FMCG, with experience in fashion retail

  • Independent, able to manage multi-tasking 

  • Energetic and able to work in a fast pace environment

  • Good PC Knowledge incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
