Job Duties: 

  • Handle HR operation of the company

  • Handle payroll, OT allowance calculation, Labor Ordinance follow up

  • Support the management to handle the daily operations, monthly reporting and annual budgeting andplanning 

  • Review and report the office operation in HR & Admin function

  • Supervise the small team for daily operation 



  • 5-8 years’ experience in HR & office administrative duties

  • Good Japanese, English and Mandarin Speaking 

  • Independent, self-motivated and good knowledge of HR and Labor Ordiance 

  • Immediately available would be an advantage
