Job Duties:

Handle HR operation of the company

Handle payroll, OT allowance calculation, Labor Ordinance follow up

Support the management to handle the daily operations, monthly reporting and annual budgeting andplanning

Review and report the office operation in HR & Admin function
-
Supervise the small team for daily operation
Requirements:
-
5-8 years’ experience in HR & office administrative duties
-
Good Japanese, English and Mandarin Speaking
-
Independent, self-motivated and good knowledge of HR and Labor Ordiance
-
Immediately available would be an advantage
