​Job Duties

  • Handle Sales Order processing of PRC, Asian countries, contact with forwarders for delivery arrangement 

  • Prepare delivery documents and reports

  • Follow up orders and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules

  • Provide administrative support and data support

Requirements

  • DSE graduated or above

  • Experience as Sales Adm./ Sales Clerk/ Sales Coordinator in trading company, preferable in electronics ind. 

  • Good Mandarin and English

  • Good Excel skills 

  • Independent and good team player

  • detail-minded and self-motivated
