​Job Duties

  • Providing technical direction and mentoring to the IT team

  • Managing work group activities and ensuring that the business requirements and design specifications are met for all projects and enhancements

  • Communicating project status and coordination of IT improvements 

  • Implement upgrades and new network infrastructure at local or overseas factories. Deployment of system changes and assist in IT project activities

  • Review, establish and implement IT policies and procedures with HO standard

  • Support in Audit support of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and SOX404

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in IT / Information technology / computer science related disciplines

  • 10 years’ experience in IT helpdesk, infrastructure and project management exp., 

  • with 3 years supervisory experience 

  • Particular knowledge of IT in VMware, Veeam backup, Firewall configuration, Wireless network, PC hardware & software, Windows 7/ 10, Windows Server 2008 or above, MS office 2010 etc.

  • Particular knowledge of Cloud service in Linux, Cisco switch configuration, Powershell script, MDM 

  • Solid experience in vendor management, infrastructure, software implementation and maintenance projects

  • Strong in analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
