​Job Duties

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the several Directors (cross team function)

  • Intensive calendar management incl. traveling schedule, meeting schedule arrangement

  • Logistics and accommodations arrangement for management and the clients

  • Travel expenses and claims handling

  • Liaise with other dept. for meeting arrangements


  • Higher Diploma or with Secretarial academic background

  • Fluent English and Mandarin in both spoken and written

  • With at least 10 years experience in Secretarial support to senior executives in Finance Sector

  • Good PC Skill incl. PPT and Excel and Calendar Management

  • Presentable, detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasking 

  • Pro-active always with can-do attitude and supportive, good problem solving skills
