Project Admin. Officer

Job Duties: 

  • Assist Manager for project administration and project management

  • Provide all-round administrative support to project office periodically

  • Provide support to visitors like visa application, accommodation booking, license management, interpretation service arrangement, etc.

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks / duties as assigned



  • Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines

  • Around  4 years of solid experience in project coordination or customer service

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Understanding of Japanese will be an advantage

  • Experience in market research will be an advantage

  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Immediate availability preferred
